12.31.10 Lumber Mill/Warehouse/Retailer

I was working in a lumber mill that is a combination of a mfg processing factory, warehouse and home improvement center all under one roof. Lumber was mfg’d here, stored here, and the facility was open to the public like a Home Depot. The building was very large almost like an indoor shopping mall. There were areas that I never have to go to. All the coworkers were classmates. Matt R was one of the shift leaders.  There were stacks of plywood and various other types of lumber and wood products neatly organized into sections and shelves. There were cutting equipment and other machinery in operation that made the place noisy.

At the end of the day some of us went into one of several rest rooms to wash up then clock out. There I met a classmate that looked like Kevin, who I met at PacSun. On the way out I saw Matt talking with some other supervisory staff near some machinery.

With a group of relatives and family friends I was at a big amusement park on a sunny day. The park’s property included some coastline beaches. We were inland in a woody-tropical like area waiting for the monorail at a station. The park was so big that we got around riding their mass transit.

12-23-10 Ultra Super Fast Subway

I was at home myself, in a woody hilly rustic area. The home was fairly big. I felt a sudden slight jolt then a little rumbling sound that slowly grew louder and stronger. I knew it must’ve been an earthquake and quickly held on to a post or the edge of a wall. But it wasn’t an ordinary earthquake. It was very strange. There were no violent shaking or sudden movements in the ground. Instead there was a rumbling sound and very slight shaking. It felt like riding in a super fast elevator or speeding trolley or cart.  The shaking was continuous. I thought it could be something like the earth slowing down or a reversal in the magnetic field. I was scared because I didn’t know what would happen when the trembling stopped. Would there be no more gravity? Would there be an effect like crashing into something? Would it end with some big explosion? Or a big ground-shaking jolt that would collapse the house?

I was riding a super ultra fast underground subway car, traveling to a distant city, either for a vacation or a mission of some kind. There was a small group of other classmates inside, and one or two pilots. It seemed like this was a military project and that we were “guests”. The subway accelerated with great g-force, which I’ve never experienced before. It kept accelerating. The acceleration lasted longer than riding inside a jet plane place taking off. Shortly after, ears started popping, as the air pressure increased. This feeling continued as the subway was still accelerating, to its cruising speed. It was uncomfortable since this was my first time to ride this kind of vehicle, but soon made the adjustment. We could feel the sensation of speed. It seemed like we traveled thousands of miles in just about an hour.  When we emerged at the surface terminal, it was mid or late afternoon. There were lots of trees around the terminal, and there were lots of people walking about.

I was on a field trip with a group of classmates to a downtown section of a busy city. I wandered around a Chinese restaurant. I went downstairs to where the kitchen was to investigate. An angry cook, an old Chinese man, kicked me out. I went to a glass walled concourse that was suspended above one of the main boulevards and was part of a big shopping mall. There I meet up with some girl classmates.

12.17.10 Town Hall Gathering at Park

I was at a park in an outlying woody hilly area to attend some kind of community event/get together. In this forum area there were a handful of guest speakers of community leaders and one high level very important person, a  man, like a national politician. It was a bright summer day, sunny and warm. There were lots of people there, and there were green lawns everywhere and plenty of shady trees. Town residents brought their picnic supplies. A lady was selling kitchen knifes that were spread in a display on the lawn. Free fruit punch in medium size soda cups were being handed out. I didn’t seem to be interested in listening to the guest speakers, yet it seemed mandatory, like going to school. One of the speakers was a young guy who had a BMX nearby. He was sitting on a concrete or rock wall divider.

After I finished drinking my punch I wandered around looking to refill the cup with water from the running water coming out of one of the garden hoses. I found one near that guy with the BMX. I found another one by the fence, at the far end of the park away from the speaker forum area. The park was crowded with lots of people, like an outdoor rock concert. As I was refilling with water from the garden hose, a girl who recognized me came up to me. It was Camille (next door neighbor who I know in real life). I was definitely surprised to see her and that she remembered me. She asked me if I’d like to go with her and have a “drink” together. I thought about how to respond.

“Right now?” I asked.

“No, afterwards”, she said.

I said yeah, but was surprised because she was underage to be drinking. I keep having a hard time pronouncing her name, and she kept correcting me. I suggested we should exchange numbers. As I left to get my phone which I had left with a group of friends, she walked towards a group of her friends approaching from the parking lot. While searching for my phone I also looked for my camera, which I seem to have lost and was no where to be found. I think someone snagged it.
